  • Baptism: Baptisms take place on the 2nd and 3rd Sunday's of the month during the 10:30 AM. Contact the parish office for information regarding scheduling and parents baptismal classes.
  • Confirmation: Preparation of the sacrament of Confirmation for students in 10th grade is a 2 year process beginning in 9th grade. Contact Christine Vieau, Director of Religious Education, at 315-396-6191 or cvieau1@gmail.com.
  • 1st Eucharist: (1st Holy Communion) is received by students in 2nd grade. Preparation requires 1st grade Religious Education and immediate preparation in the 2nd grade. Older children are prepared separately with a class of their peers. Contact Christine Vieau, Director of Religious Education, at 315-396-6191 or cvieau1@gmail.com.
  • 1st Reconciliation: (1st Penance) is received by children in January of the 2nd grade. Preparation requires 1st grade Religious Education and immediate preparation in the 2nd grade. Older children are prepared separately with a class of their peers. Contact Christine Vieau, Director of Religious Education, at 315-396-6191 or cvieau1@gmail.com.
  • Anointing of the Sick: any baptized person experiencing serious illness may request the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick at any time. Contact one of the parish priests at the rectory office.
  • Marriage: the celebration of marriage may be scheduled on any day except Sunday after consultation with the parish priest by those who have no prior marriage bond. Those with a prior marriage may petition the Diocesan Tribunal for an annulment. Contact the parish priest to arrange for this petition.
  • Holy Orders: any man seeking information regarding the priesthood or permanent diaconate is encouraged to speak to the parish priest or contact the Diocesan Office of Vocations at 315-470-1468.
  • Adult Initiation: (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) any person over the age of 16 who has not received the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation or 1st Eucharist is invited into the adult initiation process which begins each September and concludes in May. Reception of the sacraments takes place at the Easter Vigil.  
    Persons who have been baptized in a non-catholic Christian denomination may also become full members of the Catholic Church through the adult initiation process. Contact the parish office for further information.
